Mental Health Works: Mental Health Works is a nationally available program of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) that builds capacity within Canadian workplaces to effectively address the many issues related to mental health in the workplace.
Mental Health First Aid: One in three Canadians will experience a mental health problem at some point in their life. The earlier a problem is detected and treated, the better the outcome. Mental Health First Aid Canada gives people the skills to provide that early help that is so important in recovery.
Humber College set to offer Mental Health training to all colleges: Humber has received more than $750,000 from Ontario’s Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (MTCU) to offer mental health first aid training to the province’s 24 colleges and a handful of universities in northern Ontario.
