Coaching sessions can take place over the phone, by Skype, or in person for those located in the GTA. You’ll work with Laurie Sanci, an Adler certified coach and former college administrator. Laurie can quickly build rapport and has a knack for helping her clients get to the heart of complex issues and develop a path forward. She understands the unique challenges faced by managers in the College sector having spent fourteen years as an administrator at Centennial. Laurie held positions in the areas of human rights, policy/organizational development and academic affairs. She’s coached new and seasoned managers – both academic and administrative – helping them to develop their leadership skills, reach performance goals, and improve relationships with their supervisors, direct reports and peers.
