Contact North president named advisor on Online Institute

The President of Contact North, Maxim Jean-Louis, has been named as special advisor to the Minister in the establishment of the Ontario Online Institute.

The Ministry also released guidelines for the development of the Ontario Online Institute. The Institute will facilitate and support the development of online courses and programs through existing providers, including Contact North, OntarioLearn, and Ontario Colleges and Universities. The Institute will not grant degrees nor diplomas, and will not be involved in deliver of courses.
