OCASA makes submission to Ontario Finance Minister

FEBRUARY 2012:  OCASA has made a submission to the Hon. Dwight Duncan, Ontario Minister of Finance, recommending that the wage restraint on college administrators that was imposed two years ago be lifted in the 2012 Spring budget.
