October 21: Here is some homework:
- Could you speak with some colleagues and find out what they would like to have available in terms of mentoring – expert list to call, formal connection through OCASA, etc.?
- Also find out if people would be interested in professional coaching, and would they pay for it themselves, or only if the college paid for it?
- And could you bring/forward any resources that you have related to the topics covered today? i.e. PhD programs, names of coaching firm that would be recommended, examples of mentoring, etc.
