- Mentors and Mentees must complete their online application during this time.

October/April: Matching process
- Mentoring partnerships are finalized.
- Partners are required to attend a webinar for starting the mentoring relationship.

November/May: Start of Mentoring relationship 12-month term
- first mentoring meeting and signed agreements completed
- education/networking webinars
- ongoing monthly mentoring meetings
|
October/April: Determine conclusion or transition of mentoring relationship
- mentoring relationships wrap by in November/May, unless otherwise agreed upon.
