Craig Kelman & Associates Winnipeg, Manitoba
Kelman is the publisher for College Administrator, which is published twice annually. Once in October and once in March. Kelman finances, sells advertising, provides all layout/design services, and mails the publications. OCASA provides all editorial content.
As part of our royalty agreement, OCASA receives $2,000 annually in revenue.
Ella Forbes-Chilibeck Employment Law
This is a retainer agreement, whereby OCASA members receive their first two hours consultation paid by OCASA. Ella charges OCASA a preferred rate of $205/hour. Her regular rate is $310. Members pay the regular rate after the first two hours. Ella also provides webinars and attends our annual conference.
