CAAT Pension and ORPP – what does it mean for you?

CAAT Pension has released a briefing note providing an update for all sponsors and members of the plan. At this time it appears that for full-time employees who are members of the Plan, there will be no impact; however for part-time employees who opt out of CAAT, it remains uncertain whether they ñ and the college as employer ñ will be required to contribute to the ORPP (Ontario Retirement Pension Plan).
