Short-term parking is available near the main entrance for checking in or dropping off bags. The main parking lot is walking distance from the main entrance and a shuttle bus can be requested.

Checking in

Luggage will be stored at the main desk for early arrivals. As our conference begins in the morning, we expect that most will need to store their luggage and check in later.

Registration

Greeters will welcome you in the main lobby and help direct you upon arrival. The main OCASA registration & information table will be in the conference wing, outside Grandroom A/B. Here you will receive your badge, which includes your workshop and seating assignments.

Workshop Schedule

Please refer to the Conference Overview for workshop and plenary session information. A complete program schedule will be available at the conference. The room name and attendee numbers will be forwarded to you closer to the event.

Travel Expenses

OCASA will cover your travel/meal expenses. You can complete this Travel Expense Form at the conference or following the conference. Simply send it by fax, email or mail along with copies of any receipts.

Accommodation

All reservations are made through OCASA by way of your registration with us.
Please contact the OCASA office if you have questions or special requests.

Dress

Business casual. Enjoy the retreat-like atmosphere and be comfortable.

What to pack

Include gear for activities listed below (swimming/hot tub). Business casual dress.
Comfortable shoes – there is a bit of walking between the guest rooms and meeting area.

Recreational Activities

Whether you prefer some time in our newly renovated fitness room, a relaxing massage or a reflective walk through our nature trails, the Kingbridge Centre has a variety of activities to help you relax and unwind after a day’s meeting.
• Over five kilometers of nature trails through forested terrain and rolling hills
• A unique 200-metre indoor running track suspended roughly seven feet above the ground and fully climate controlled
• 24 hour access to the fitness room with strength building stations, free weights and cardio equipment
• Indoor and outdoor swimming, whirlpools and sauna
• Outdoor tennis and basketball courts
• Sports court to play basketball, floor hockey
• 2 squash courts Stretching studio for yoga or pilates
• Outdoor activities: Mountain Bikes, snowshoes, volleyball, soccer, bocce ball
• Massage services (minimum 24 hours notice required and subject to availability)
