Lil Premsukh Singh
Lil is an experienced leader in higher education, not-for-profit and workforce development. With over twenty years in academic and non-academic program management, Lil has honed a diverse skill set, including strategic alliance development, innovative program management, and effective leadership.
Lil’s keen eye for detail, growth mindset, and strong leadership acumen have been pivotal in driving numerous successful endeavours at Conestoga College and with external stakeholders. Known for her practical management skills, Lil excels in deploying innovative, transformative, entrepreneurial, and creative approaches to meet and exceed priorities without sacrificing quality standards, integrity, customer service, and team development. Her proven leadership skills and ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving organizational goals are particularly noteworthy.
As Dean of Graduate and Part-time Studies within Conestoga’s School of Business, she leads the team in program delivery, new program development and initiatives to meet students, staff, and emerging workforce needs. Lil has a master’s degree in Leading Innovation and Change and a graduate certificate in Career Development Professional.
Outside of work, Lil enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, travelling, and “light” gardening – a newly acquired hobby during the pandemic.
