Nicole Drake is an Academic Chair, Workforce Development at Conestoga College, having previously served as Manager of Continuing Education in the School of Workforce Development. She holds a Masters of Applied Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, a Masters of Arts from McMaster University, and recently completed the Ontario College Centre’s Leadership Excellence Program.
Prior to joining the post-secondary sector, Nicole spent 12+ years in municipal community and economic development and is a certified Economic Development professional (Ec.D.) with the Economic Developers Association of Canada. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Reep Green Solutions, an award-winning environmental charity.
